Ritual Competition Entry Form
- Are you between the ages of 11 and 14?
- Are you attending Grand Assembly this year?
- Are you looking for something to do, and a way to show your ritual ability?
- Why not try this year's ritual competition?
Our beautiful ritual is one of the few constancies in our world today. Rainbow girls from all over the world study and recite the same words that were first written when our order was founded in 1922. Every Rainbow girl takes the same vows and kneels at the altar the same way, no matter what language she speaks, or where she lives. It is our ritual that truly unites our Rainbow world! Celebrate our history and unity by taking part in this year's competition. Awards will be given for the first and second place finishers at the awards ceremony on Saturday night at Grand Assembly.
The Grand Worthy Advisor has selected this year's honor station as xxx.
Competition judging will be in three categories:
1. Memorization of the ritual part-how well the part is learned from the ritual.
2. Presentation of the lecture-how well the lecture is presented, including speaking clearly and with feeling, and establishing good eye contact.
3. Ritual Floorwork-proper handling of the ribbon, moving in and out of the station.
