Information about Supreme Temple Growing Tree:

CALLING ALL RAINBOW ALUMNI:

Do you have memories of attending Grand Assembly; spending time with your Rainbow Family at the Hotel Martinique, the Hotel New Yorker, the Henry Hudson Hotel or the Statler Hilton in New York City? Maybe you attended Grand Assembly at the Baron Steuben Hotel in Corning, or the Buffalo Statler or even Cornell University? If you attended beginning in 1972 you were part of the Catskill Invasion and remember the Laurels, the Stevensville at Swan Lake and of course Kutchers, the Pines, Friar Tuck? Perhaps you are making current memories at Honors Haven?

Although Rainbow in New York State is actually 90 years young, we will be celebrating our 75th Anniversary of Grand Assembly at this year’s Grand Assembly Sessions to be held April 23rd - 26th, 2015 at Honors Haven in Kerhonksen, New York. A special Diamond Jubilee Celebration is being planned for Saturday Evening, April 25th.

We are looking for majority and former members (although once a Rainbow Girl always a Rainbow Girl), their families, anyone who has pictures, ideas, memorabilia, or just memories that we can use to enhance our celebration. We are hoping to have Supreme visitors, Masonic guests - but most of all you...our Rainbow Alumni!

You are the foundation this celebration is built on, you are the foundation that each Grand Assembly beginning with the 1st one day event at the Hillside Masonic Temple in Woodhaven on May 15th, 1940 has grown from. It’s hard to believe that 75 years have gone by and although from some appearances, we may “not be your mother’s Rainbow anymore or even yours”, what we do still share are the vows we all took at the altar and the lessons of our Rainbow, those timeless beautiful words written in 1922 by the Rev. W. Mark Sexson.

Don’t miss out on all of the excitement, mark your calendars, get involved!

In Rainbow Love and Service
